MTG reminds me of J.R. Ewing in the T.V. series, Dallas. You never knew which J.R. would show up during the show’s long run. I always liked it more when the conniving, deceitful, brash J.R. showed up, rather than the J.R. who displayed his “sensitive” side. Can’t wait for the next season of MTG.

Personal professional survival over country, and/or party over country. Voting them out seems to be the only viable option. They aren’t going to change. Trump is not going to change.

It’s a toss up. Headlines because of what Trump said? Or headlines that Americans are so ignorant that they don’t know it is a duty, under the UCMJ, of military members not to follow illegal orders?

He endorsed Trump 3 times. 99% of his votes have been along party lines. He’s not seeking re-election in 2026. He’s quietly watched the MAGA freak show from the sidelines. Silence is complicity as far as I’m concerned.

They‘re required to use the ACA marketplace. This was in the ACA that Obama signed into law. BUT, If they’re self insured, or have coverage through a spouse’s health care plan, the VA/military, or Medicare they don‘t have to use the marketplace. Not enough are feeling the pain of rising premiums.
