I often have to do 20/30 minutes of walking in the treadmill before running, or run in intervals.
It's actually quite depressing because I can't do any sports that involve running anymore. I can't sprint for a bus but that's about it.

I.have the most annoying issue after having a bad below-knee accident and multiple fractures 2 years ago: I can't run more than about 1km before the extensor in my shin fatigues, it starts with a bit of tightness, then gets sharper and shaper until it's too much.

Maybe that's true from a psychological standpoint , but it's purely about total points. We could conceivably lose against Liverpool, win every other game, and they drop the required points.

Yep, he didn't see it properly, and the VAR who did see it decided not to ask him to look at the error.
