I thought this said monolith soft and had a heart attack. Sad to see people losing jobs in an already flimsy industry. Especially in this economy. I hope they can land on their feet sooner than later.

I thought this said monolith soft and had a heart attack. Sad to see people losing jobs in an already flimsy industry. Especially in this economy. I hope they can land on their feet sooner than later.
