Contrary to popular belief, Majora's Mask N64 was never developed with the 64DD in mind.
People tend to conflate the final game and Ura Zelda, but both games were in development for a short time before Ura was canned

During the Super Smash Bros Invitational @ E3 2014, Zelda Williams walked on-stage carrying a sculpt of Majora's Mask
Since it hasn't appeared anywhere online or in person since, it can be assumed she still has it in her possession!
