Chat, they (Bandai) cooked with these 30 Minute Fantasy kits. Finished up the Liber Bishop this morning. Like most 30MM kits, there’s a base figure/kit with optional armour/upgrade bits. These are also a bit bigger than the previous series. Good stuff.

Recently, I had the urge to make an Eastern NC inspired pulled pork. I don’t have a pig pit so the slow cooker has to step in. Found a recipe online and went to work. It turned out great, though could have been juicier, despite an early on faux pas. Also had a go at making biscuits, 😞

It’s Biscuit Day [UK style] (apparently) which I’m very okay with. But in that vein as an American in England, I’ve baked chocolate chip cookies for the first time in my life. Liked the look of a recipe using browned butter. I think my butter was still a bit too warm so they spreeeeead. Tasty tho!
