I'm not too sure about some other forms of mobility aids, but for wheelchairs, I've used CriptidCosplay's wheelchair reference photos. If the style of wheelchair they use isn't what you're looking for, sketchfab has a ton of 3D models of wheelchairs that you can sort of finagle into working
