Velveteen is about 27ft tall herself but it is not marked on the page. Her tongue sticks out playfully, she isn't drawn with eyes, staying true to the fact she is blind and does not have eyes. She does not have her four arms sketched.

Been trying my hand at drawing big cats.
Cats in general are a weak point of mine so I'm trying to get better at them. Any pointers would be extremely appreciated. ^^

Melancholy Ow but still true You create from melancholy. There is an aimless sadness that pervades your life. It's not as though there's anything in particular you're grieving, but you still find yourself possessed of a peculiar somberness. This melancholy seeps into your art, where it becomes a directionless lament. You long to make your senseless sadness into something beautiful and bittersweet, so you depict it countless times throughout your work. It sets the tone of everything you create, filtering all you craft through a melancholic lens. There is a nostalgia for what never was, a grief for something you never had, a longing that doesn't know what it craves. These are the feelings that serve as your inspiration: vague, listless lamentations.

#MyOC Dr. Kiase Blanca, a Plague Doctor, Moth, and Haast Eagle sort of hybrid/undead. Her "Dad" (For lack of a better term) raised her back from the dead in a set of catacombs in Europe.

Is old AF art, but I love it still. x3
A background in mint green, covered in gold stars. The author's signature, a grey A and S in cursive in size 11 fountain pen, is written above the first subject's head whilst they are in the laying position. The subject is a non-human woman with a white beaked face that looks like a mask, hollow black eye sockets, with lights in the skull. The neck is covered in a downy fluffy fur, similar to a moth's fluffy collar, bright blue antenna are in top of the head poking through a blue hat with a gold ribbon. She wears a dark blue leathery skin-like and waxy long sleeves shirt, the buttons of which can't actually be seen. This is part of her body despite it looking like cloth. The same can be said for the long gray skirt that adorns her form and ends almost lower than her ankles. Her shoes being green-blue heels, the heels and hat are the only thing removable. Her hands are white like her mask, but speckled with flecks of gray near scalpel-sharp claws. Her wings are massive, and mostly black, but fade to white in layers, speckled with sparkles of blue and gold that she often uses to confuse or hypnotise people into relaxing before surgeries or during therapy with consent. Her name can be broken up as such phonetically. Doctor Kia-Say, Blank Caw. (This is mostly for those with screen readers or can't see the pic.)

#MyOC Victoria Pennce in her Rat Form! Just a headshot that I did a while back. Her and her dad both have funky colorations and patterns, both fur and eye-wise, so they're fun to play around with. ^^

(Also made the plant stamp pattern in the background and I love using it a lot!)
A dark green background comprised mostly of vines of holly leaf plants, lighter patterns appear on the background in burst that are actually simply stamps of sunflowers. In the foreground a blonde colored rat looks up to the upper left corner of the screen, a sort of wistful frown on her muzzle, and whiskers slightly drooped. Her eyes are blue with a green highlight rimming them, a trait inherited from her father. Her ears could be seen with holes in them, implying either a bite or having been pierced. Her fur lightens on her underbelly but darkens on the top of her body. Looks a bit like a lightly burnt marshmallow.

This one being in pencil instead of in pen for once, and also inside of my more recent personal journal. ^^
The page of a journal, lined, marked with September Eighth. The subject on the journal page starts from the top, a bloom of the flower from a species of Weeping Willow of the Golden variety, also known as Salix Sepulcralis Chrysoma. The bloom melds seamlessly into the neck flesh of a Red Deer specimen, one of which that halfway through turns into a more skeletal form, the tail of which is engulfed in flames. The second back leg is missing on purpose, the author and artist having struggles with their own body.

Old super messy sketch pics of #MyOC Velveteen Rotter, back when re-designing her! I need to take better pics of these ones in better lighting some time. Perhaps not when I'm about to sleep. Hope you guys enjoy the lanky dessicated lady! ^^
A very rough beginning sketch on pen ink of a long thin being of sorts facing to the left. Long pointed muzzle, a head sporting two swept back straight horns, beneath them are small slightly rounded ears, the neck, though semi-thick is only due to the muscles needed to support the sheer length of it. The chest is large, framed by two sets of arms. Only larger than the other. Then along the same shoulder joint there's a set of wings, but the angle is flat, making them look like a flat line. Going down the length of the body, there's finally the pelvis, a Y-Shaped one taking form, thin narrow legs that look spindly and gangly almost seem suspended beneath her form. They kick out beneath her, ending in pointed cloven hooves. A long tail, longer than her body is tall, sprawls out beneath her, curling around her, and ending in a spade tip with a hooked barb at the end for transmitting poison. Her face doesn't have eyes. Her cloak is on but transparent. Her arms hide her breast, which are small, but still sag betwixt her arms if she were to take flight. Facing left once more, a closer better shot reveals more details. Eyes stitched shut to keep empty sockets closed and free of debris. The same swept back straight horns. The small nubs going down the back of the neck this time. The ruff of feathers that are in between her wing joint going down a portion of her back starting from in between her shoulders. This is due to her newfound sitting position. Her Y-Shaped pelvis, the flat of the Y now against the ground, her tail curled up above her and around her. Her wings droop more downwards, revealing a portion of her back, and a small portion of her feathered wings. Purely feathered wings. Her legs are folded, haunches against the floor, and her hooves simply resting. Her larger hands splaying on the ground as she sat. Her smaller hands and arms rubbing each other nervously in front of her chest.

The original traditional picture of my OC Velveteen Rotter's wing, along with her scaled hand and her face. Mind they are old rough sketches, before I made them into digital pictures, but I loved them much the same, and wanted folks to know how I do my art usually. ^^

Large patches, slowly narrowing down to small thin plates, small more pebbles scales or hide and skin between the thinnest and most sensitive areas like the webbing between our own fingers. To the upper right of the page is the top view of a hawk's out stretched wing sketches in ink pen. Down below that is a cut-off image of a set of horns and a tail. The image is supposed to show a thin lanky demoness in a cloak, with thin hooves. Decayed and dessicated, her eyes missing so she has them covered. No breast to speak of so don't think she's hiding anything underneath that cloak other than herbs and a dagger or or two.

This is a pic of a WIP in my 24in x 18in sketchbook, I primarily work in pen so might be a bit messy. But also might be hard to see some detail cause all I have to work with is a 4yr old phone cam. (Alt text will have more context/detail)
The absolutely gargantuan corpse of the dragoness (Female dragon) Gaia. Starting from the left, a portion of her tail, rounded by weather and time, as large as a mountain in the background, covered in dense forest, mounds of what seem to be stone rise up from within that truly are just osteoderms from what used to be the club of her tail, it trails off behind her clawed wing. The limb making long sloping valleys, covered in a mix of grasses, plains, and forest patches, dragons of varying statures swoop down from the sky with varying degrees of visibility. Just barely visible, a carved out gate could be made out, pillars around it. Underneath a massive cavern made by the membrane of her wing that hadn't collapsed yet, houses look absolutely miniscule. In the foreground, on sea cliffs; a coliseum, one still dwarfed by her and surrounded by dragons of varying sizes. We're at the center of the page now. Her skull comes into view, like an war axe's head, a horn above and one below that digs into the cliff side, a massive frill like that of a triceratops, decayed and pocked with holes and weathering flares behind her head. Within one of her eyes sockets rest one of the largest of three large dragons on the page, their visage indistinguishable. A university tower in built into the second left central dip of her frill. The right most dip; the fourth, houses a lake and large redwood trees. On the right of the page, two of the largest dragons engage in greeting each other after a long deep slumber. Wings outstretched. Gaia's wing membrane is stretched out in the background, covered in distant trees, barely visible. Down below her boney decayed claws reach tenderly towards her mate Olïm, the dragon of Death. Who lay in his final resting place with his mate, snout up against the cliffs, towards the dragoness of Life.

An old picture but one I still like, as it is a picture that's in reference to another OC of mine. Her name being Velveteen, and these being one of her wings. (Though she's since outgrown them, I still just like to this one. ^^)
Plain white background. (RIP your eyes if you can see this. I'm sorry.) A top view of a wing of a predatory bird, this wing inspired by the crows and red-tailed hawks and osprey I would see when I lived in Florida. The wing is fully extended, primarily black in color, but is barred with dark brown coloration and light brown coloration on the feathers only becoming purely black nearest the wing's flesh and joints.

A Litch, also known as Lich, a being of supernatural origin and power capable of raising armies of the undead and is usually undead or in someway an Eldritch Being themselves; is laying down in the water. Their elongated skull laid out upon a broken wooden pallet floating in the water. The lights in their six empty eye sockets having dimmed and gone flat in an expression of relaxation as they float. The mass of their mane, colors a mix of purples and blues, stick up a generally fluffy mass until it lies as a stringy looking mess the moment it touches the water. The background is a soft gray-blue sky, with a darker more saturated gray nearly black rock in the left center of the horizon line of the picture. Hazy clouds dot the sky, and the lake itself nearly blends in with the skies muted tone.

Another Old Pic! An old OC of mine named Emberessence. A sort of multi-finned dragon that liked to switch between swimming and flying, though primarily lived underwater. ^^

I used to have a night background version of this pick to show off the glowing but that pic is still corrupted/lost. :(
The backdrop is a coastal themed bright blue to bright teal color, interspersed with bubbles of light blue. The character in the center is heavily saturated in yellows, purple, indigo, teals, maroons, neon greens, and their under belly is a faded white-purple. Their primarily purple hide is speckled with white dots. They have two sets of wings, one acting as arms, the other near their hips that covers their legs. Two large fins on their back, and a series of five smaller fins set between the wings and the two large back fins. The fins are all tipped with curved black spines, similar to the claws on the hands and feet. The tail has a series of small more leaf-like fins along it that are maroon at the base and yellow at the tip. The end of the tail ends in a leafy-looking spade that starts yellow and ends with teal.

This was back when I did pixel-art phone backgrounds for commission on Tumblr. ^^
I don't do them much anymore, nowadays life is just too hectic and I just don't know what to price them either, but also because phone screen resolutions are all so different and sometimes just destroy the quality.
A night sky covered in clouds. Cascading from these clouds is a series of rainbows, dropping from one cloud to the next until its off screen.

A Wizard Shadow-Being! Which is a species my mate made, but I absolutely adore to bits! ^^
I was testing a new art style when making this and actually liked the results.
A pure black humanoid figure with pure white eyes, lacking pupils. They wear a light green cloak on and a light green wrinkled pointed wizard's hat on their head, two circular metal pieces attached to the cloth and a piece of wood keep it loosely tied together. The backdrop is a night sky of various purple-blue shades and stars, some of them streaking across the sky. They stare straight ahead at the viewer. The artist signature, an A and S in gray cursive, is in the upper left corner. The previous photo is now featured in the upper right corner as a reference. A staff is the center piece of this new picture. Brown primarily in color, bands of green-blue-yellow thread cover the middle portion of the staff where it can be gripped with two hands. The head of the staff spreads out similarly to a scythe, but on top of where the blade would normally rest is a handle for a hand. Beneath that is curved blade. Beneath the blade is a small curved hook. On the opposite side of this is a curved branching off, where the wizard has threaded netting through the staff, making it multipurpose. Metal cordage is also threaded throughout the structure for keeping the integrity, and for loosely keeping a green gem socketed within the center of the staff. This is a tool meant to carry them, meant to cut, meant to hook onto things, and meant to scoop things up or filter them depending on which part of the staff they use. Magic as a focus seems to come to them as a second thought.

This is my OC Olïm! An absolutely massively huge dragon whose technically dead in my canon lore! Love him to bits! He still moves around but acts as an avatar of death and captures souls and such or corrals them to where they belong. ^^

It's four eyes are focused on a minuscule human diver whose unaware of its presence due to its sheer size. And alternate version of the image from before, but this time with the lower half of the image darkened to showcase the darkening of the seas depths the lower the dragons head and neck go into the sea.
