If you talking about what happened in 2020 then yup. And how much work it takes to rebuild compared to tearing down? Just look at a building site can tear a building down in a matter of days and spend the next few months building the next one.

We have to keep in mind to Maga Ukraine is the enemy and Russia is the ally. Glad I'm not in the army anymore wouldn't want to be sent over to help Russia invade Ukraine next year
