Usually I think of a theme I want my OCs to wear, then based on their color scheme/character design/etc, I choose what clothing that would fit them. Pinterest is my go-to, if I can't find anything I just google specific images of the clothing. I also love watching fashion shows for inspiration too.

Oh man, I have a whole process I go through when thinking of new outfit designs, I currently don't have any ideas now sadly.
