Here is an example of #DESIS "truecolor" and corresponding #SIF image. Now on to showing why it is working (many people thought it wouldn't work with DESIS) and what the #uncertainties are. The secret is in understanding how the sensor works.

At @dlr-next.bsky.social Oberpfaffenhofen again to continue our work on retrieval of solar induced fluorescence ( #SIF) from #hyperspectral #DESIS data. Testing #SIF retrieval, investigating retrieval uncertainties and developing a #DESIS sensor error model.
