The “solution” is not this weak tea, single battle “win”, it’s *true* universal healthcare, that makes healthcare affordable and accessible for everyone, not tethered to a job, & actually focused on *keeping people healthy*, not just on fixing them when they get sick or injured.

I’m as strident as anybody about the lukewarm policy positions of the Ds but to reduce the problem to just the insurers is too one-dimensional and lets the providers, hospital corporations, and the drug companies off the hook. The problem is the entire industry, top to bottom.

ICE & DHS should be completely defunded, and the money now allocated to their operations should be reallocated to a second special judiciary & beefed up FBI to mount & process all of the prosecutions. Send the convicted to be jailed in foreign jails. Give them a taste of their own medicine.
