I’m trans and work in the CA State Legislature (I’m actually considered the first openly trans employee to work at the state capitol, there’s now a group of us 🏳️⚧️🏳️⚧️).
The deadline for the Gov to sign/veto bills is midnight Oct. 13th. There’s no real rhyme or reason as to when he signs bills.
