We’re living through the most significant shake-up since the Industrial Revolution. This time, the disruption isn’t only on the factory floor. It’s anywhere a spreadsheet, script, or summary is written. AI is moving fast; working Americans will be left holding the bag if we don’t act. #FutureOfWork

The House Ways & Means Committee just dropped a tax bill—and it’s clear who it’s written for.

Teachers on Main Street? Still can’t deduct what they spend on classroom supplies.
Millionaires? They get to pass down $15 million tax-free.

This isn’t only policy. It’s priorities. 1/3

Life’s full right now — PTO, HOA, work, all of it.

But family always gets my first and best.

I also make time to recharge because running on empty doesn’t help anyone.

Show up for others. Show up for yourself. And when you can, go to bed early. 😂❤️ Night, y’all.

I’m doing my civic duty for Independent Bookstore Day by locally buying a book on local government—the messy, meaningful kind where potholes get filled and zoning wars rage.
What are your must-reads? Bonus points if it makes me smarter and a little mad. 😂

I'm still unsure if HOA board meetings call for business casual… or my natural habitat: T-shirt, shorts, and the occasional paint stain.

I show up ready to serve either way—but if there’s a dress code, please fax it to 1997, where it belongs.

Being on the board means showing up—even when there’s no vote to cast.

I try to attend every committee meeting primarily to listen. I ask questions only after everyone has had their say. I’m there to understand before the big asks hit the board.

Tech isn’t about looking modern—it’s about communicating better.

Residents were struggling to find answers quickly, so we built a custom ChatGPT trained on our governing documents, calendar, and FAQs. Now, they get instant answers—no bylaw scavenger hunt required. 1/2

Minor tech upgrades can make a big difference in how community boards run.

Our PTO started using shared drives and digital signups, and suddenly, there were fewer “Who has the signup sheet?” moments and more time spent actually getting things done.

Now, I’m bringing that same energy to our HOA.
