Haven't had much time to create lately, but here's a preview of the MSUSA book.

This copy was made for the amazing people who helped me (and I didn’t realize it was so huge!). Unfortunately, printed copies are still not allowed, but the digital version and the audiobook are still free online!
After several designs were presented for the Festival Disney competition, the execs had to vote. Eisner raised his hand for Gehry. Someone said, “Well, I guess it’s unanimous.” And that’s how Gehry got the job.

Moreover, we discovered many attractions that were considered for DLP. Frontierland ended up being the land with the fewest changes, while Discoveryland was the most modified.

And the Matterhorn was planned to replace the water tower?! 😱
From Eddie Sotto, the first proposal for Euro Disneyland from April 1986.
“This plan depicting the ‘Roaring 20's Main Street’ idea. We all had BIG dreams back then!
Elevated Trains! Speakeasies! Theaters!”
It was not to be.

Having a small passion for models, I couldn't resist sharing with you this version created by the Ghery firm for the late Disney Festival

Does anyone remember the benches around Lake Disney (formerly Lake Buena Vista)? I think I saw a post about them, but I can't find it anymore.

Story in Four Acts:
- From Tom Morris's imagination (inspired by various sources, notably a column in the Chapel of Saint-Séverin)
- To the foundation being laid
- To the addition of details
- Leading to the final result

The Sleeping Beauty Gallery is truly the cherry on top, a real gem.

I really like the idea that DLP used to create decorations without always relying on their IP, like they did for Christmas 1995. It reminds me a bit of Nina Rae Vaughn's concept art, where she envisioned Christmas decorations connected to the surrounding lands.

Over the years, Main Street Station at DLP has transformed with different decorations and themes, especially for Christmas and Halloween. Let’s launch #DLPStationThenNow, share your photos and take a trip down memory lane!

This might be the very first decoration, before the park officially opened!

In the end, there's a good chance this project will actually happen… 👀

It's interesting that a 'Meet Mickey' meet-and-greet was considered right from the opening, according to these plans. This was before the idea of respecting Fantasyland's architecture. I wonder where it was supposed to be.

Following recent feedback, a simplified edition of the book will be released. My goal has always been to work with respect and honor the incredible work done. This edition isn’t about censorship but offering access differently, replacing some images with QR codes while paying tribute to MSUSA's depth

Redesigning bags from the past was a nice challenge. But this post is mostly to let you know that you'll soon be able to find the bag designs available online for free, of course!

By the way, for those who have been following me for a while, I’ve had this project in mind for some time, but unfortunately, I have to say it will never come to life. 🚮

It’s too tailor-made and too complicated to produce in multiple copies.

I was wondering if making fairly simple T-shirts (with small embroidered illustrations) referencing lost places in DLP could appeal to fans.

Do you really know Main Street, U.S.A. after all?

So much has already happened at the start of this year, and to be honest, it doesn’t really make me want to keep engaging on social media. Do you have any advice on staying positive?

Is anyone here currently at, or planning to visit in the next few days/weeks, a Disney Park that features a world of Frozen in TDL?

What a year! If the book was a great adventure, its audio version was an epic journey. According to Spotify, you enjoyed listening to this story. So, thank you so much!

Like others, we don’t always get feedback on this format, so it’s really nice to see this 🥰
