What has happened to our country when law enforcement can stop anyone they want, for no reason and demand they prove citizenship? Constitutional law is clear, no forcible stop without reasonable articulable suspicion. Federal law enforcement is simply ignoring the law. Courts need to respond.

If the federal government wishes to retain any credibility, they will admit failures, admit this officer acted wrongly and turn him over to state authorities to face charges in the killing of this young woman.

Any local, county or state police officer doing this would be rightfully prosecuted. It shouldn't be different for Federal law enforcement officers. The State of Minnesota should indict and prosecute him. Any federal official protecting him should be charged with hindering apprehension.
