LD 1503 "An Act to Create a Green Crab Only Wholesale Dealer License" was just voted unanimously "ought to pass" by the Legislature's Marine Resource Committee. It also had the support of @mainedmr it's not over the goal line, more debate and voting to come but moving down the field. Wow!
