An hour should be enough to learn the plays, assuming you identify the best prospect quickly. Too much scrimmaging would mess up the whole idea. Concern about the tryout occurring in Alabama?

I can see the KJ comp-good one. All I can think of are Dalton Knecht and Luka Doncic-these are laughingly ridiculous. And probably just ultra simplicist stocky medium sized good shooting white guys caricatures!

UK proved it could win without Lamont against UT but I still see him being out as a big negative.

Enjoy watching Trent play. Love his mindset. Will be interesting to see how he develops at UK. I don't have a good player comp for him yet.

Thanks, Fred. I know what you mean. I'm not sure what to make of this stuff either. It did reinforce Amari's value in my mind. Big picture, UK needs to elevate its defense. This may get down to how healthy and in synch the Cats are at tournament time.

Chandler is still rusty but definitely looks more poised to me anyway. The game is slowing down a little for him. May not begin to realize his potential until his junior year.
