From 150 meters above to a few below: Friday was team extreme training 😇 Exploring Ruhr history at Zeche Ewald 🚶♂️, climbing Halde Hoheward ⛰️, and visiting the training mine ⛏️ reminded me of my family’s mining roots. Ended with laughs, conversations, and a BBQ 🍴.
