Going to actually get to Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah's Chain-Gang All-Stars this month! N.K. Jemisin's The Fifth Season, too, if I have time. As for you guys, read Octavia Butler and Rivers Solomon. I recommend Parable of the Sower and Sorrowland given the political climate. #BookishQOTD 📖🦋 #Booksky 💙📚
Finished WItchcraft for Wayward Girls by Grady Hendrix the other day! I enjoyed it, but I wanted just a little bit more out of it. I was hoping for an ultimate synthesis point of all the themes and didn't quite get it, I think. 7/10

Finished WItchcraft for Wayward Girls by Grady Hendrix the other day! I enjoyed it, but I wanted just a little bit more out of it. I was hoping for an ultimate synthesis point of all the themes and didn't quite get it, I think. 7/10
