I'd say that the most important thing to fix is the independence of the courts and particularly the supreme court.

The only way the release of the Epstein files would destroy the president is if they show he really is a child rapist. If that's the case then the president should be removed from office. Thanks Ben for confirming you support a child rapist being president.

That sounds possible, but in the current climate I'd want a recount and greater certainty over the result.

The key thing here is that ICE do not enforce the law, they break the law arresting people without cause, failing to identify themselves, not having warrants. They are the people who should be arrested.

You can't just roll everything back, you have to stop it from happening again. Change the way supreme court justices are appointed. Change the way democracy works so companies can't elect their candidates. Remove and prevent all of the rampant corruption in the US government.

I think the biggest problem has been the stacking of the judicial branch of government, this is what has allowed everything else to happen. This is the area which needs a complete rethink.

I think you need to take a good look at yourselves where your consent and responsibility age is all over the place.
Surely there should be a single age where in law a child becomes an adult? This is surely the sort of thing which is reasonable to federally mandate?

I hope you're right, but I fear they are trying everything to prevent democracy taking its course. If all else fails I expect the supreme court to overturn anything that works against trump and the GOP.
