The Minicorda’s first field test! It was pretty easy to just carry on the plane, and it’s so quiet I have no concerns playing it in the hotel room.

I’ve been teaching myself fingerstyle and classical guitar. I’ve found myself improving by learning the same song multiple times, but in progressively more challenging arrangements. The progression is really interesting to see when learning this way. It’s very rewarding each time I “level up.”

The ultimate blocker to weekend productivity. So glad I cleaned the bathroom before sitting down on the couch. Ambitions of kitchen cleaning and grocery store now delayed indefinitely.

As much as I appreciate the efficiency and productivity #AI lends us in our daily lives, as an artist and creator, it makes me very sad that I feel the need to explicitly take credit for things I make using my own creativity, skills, experience, and insight.

4/4 They belong to the farm across the street (barn cats — working cats, to control pests). They patrol and explore the neighborhood together as adorable adventurers. We’ll definitely be looking out for them to visit again!

3/4 They were very well cared for, clean, spayed/neutered, and super friendly… we have TONS of stray cats in the country because people dump unwanted cats near farms (we’ve already rescued 3), but these kittens were obviously not strays.

I have Covid. Every time I’ve had it, it presents mostly the same but with slight differences. This time the fatigue and exhaustion is massive. I made tabouli from the garden (green onions, cucumber, kale, parsley) and it was so tiring I had to lie down for the remainder of the day.

I get to code again. I love it. I'm so happy. I missed it so badly and I'm excited to speak about and show the auth architecture demos I've built.

Wow, I hadn't thought about just how validated AI could make me feel. With no rework or optimization done yet after a major feature implementation, this is what GitHub Copilot said when I asked it to evaluate and review my code ☺️

I’ve been dehydrating herbs because I’ve been growing way more than I can keep up with! Oregano… parsley in the dehydrator right now.
