Mr. and Mrs. Mahogany Wood bid you Welcome

Why are you asking for personal information, huh? You some kinda perv or something?
Picked this bad boy up in late 1977, early 1978, at (I believe) my local Two Guys. My mom dismissed the Rankin-Bass TV movie as so much insispid garbage but I dug the hell out of it. No VHS in those early days so a record with music, dialog, sound FX with a book filled with color pics hit the spot.

Of all the books I've never read, this one haunts me to this day. I was a young'n (single digit age)—sitting next to Mom at the library waiting my sibs to pick out their books. Mom had a pile of books in her lap; this one was on top: Night's Yawning Peal edited by August Derleth.

I didn't name check Jack Chalker's A Jungle Of Stars at random… I am and have been a fan of the writer's work since the tender age of 14, when Rick Shanklin, owner of Mindbridge (my local comic shop since 1976) suggested I read Jack Chalker's (then) new novel, And the Devil Will Drag You Under.

My first example is the cover for Second Heart: Bones of Eden (2017) by Zaide Bishop. My second is the cover of A Jungle of Stars (1976) by Jack Chalker. They are both listed as Science Fiction. What's the difference?

You can tell the A Jumble of Stars by Jack Chalker is a Science Fiction novel.

Anyone familiar with Laser Books? Published from 1975 to 1977 by Harlequin Books (the romance book publisher) each with a cover pained by Kelly Freas. These books once littered the shelves of my local comic store/used book shop.

How many versions of the cover for Who? by Algis Burdrys did Kelly Freas illustrate? There's the magazine cover for the story's first appearance (Fantastic Universe, April 1955) and his repainted version that appeared on the novel's cover in 1968.

I am searching for a publisher of adult/erotic/kinda porny comic books with a generous open submission policy. Would someone be able to direct me?
