It works by generating an SDF map from the original sprite

but it was very very slow for CPU. it took few minutes to generate SDF for 1k sprite and it just getting longer exponentially with bigger sprites

I switched to GPU with Compute Shader and OMG now it generates in 1 sec

And finally i animate it with Mixamo

Verdict: whole thing took ~2 hours. it's definitely not pro-level by any means, but solid for prototyping or quick side models. Huge time saver.

gave it a super quick paint job in Substance Painter (Based on my test, AI texture generation is still far from good)

I used Tripo’s retopology feature to make a lowpoly version, then fixed the hand issues manually in Blender.

My 3D icon renders looked too realistic in Blender Cycles
Switched to Eevee + a custom shader and it looks way better now.
