👮♂️ use Clearview, which returned 8 photos, two of which were their suspect. 👮♂️ did not disclose that they “used facial recognition as part of their identification,” and “failed to say that Clearview AI issues a disclaimer saying its facial recognition reports are not admissible in court…”

most integration of the tech into critical societal infrastructure is not conditioned upon having `in depth understanding & experience to navigating llms’ but sold as an efficient & cost cutting solution to complex societal problems. & those at the margins of society always pay the highest price
