Put 2 Tbsp of honey and a 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar in a mug. Fill rest of the way with hot water. Drink. Then go to sleep. It may take a minute but It will help you fall sleep and wake up feeling rested. I don’t know how it works but it works
