Dr. Hossam Abu Safia, the director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, northern #gaza was arrested today along with the medical staff after the hospital was stormed, its departments set on fire, patients forcibly removed, and some of them, along with journalists present, arrested.

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed the adoption of a resolution by the United Nations General Assembly in its emergency special session on Wednesday. The resolution, drafted calls on Israel to end its "illegal presence in the occupied Palestinian territories" within 12 months.

More than 350 children, divided into 9 classes from kindergarten to third grade, are enrolled in an initiative launched by local residents to educate children in the Jabalia camp in northern Gaza Strip.
