My perception has been that the amount of grown food necessary to raise meat is high enough to effectively cause meat to require more plant-farming than a plant diet, but haven't looked much into whether specific plant ingredients are bad enough to overcome that.

I'd actually be very curious to find out how the numbers work out between that and growing feed for animal industry stuff.

i have the fortune of having never been in a physical confrontation of any kind. i also don't really drink. i suspect these two things are related

A few people have told me they decided to go vegan some amount of time after talking with me about my veganism, and the effective method has always been just... explaining why I do that.
