I remember clearly my first record, 7 inch by Kenny ‘Do the Bump’, either 1974 or 1975. Music and records were a passion and need to see it through the lense of the time

Sorry don’t agree with the logic or maths. Commute time is not work time so isn’t equivalent to extra annual leave days in addition can’t liken to an extended rest time. Two people at same place will have different commute times doesn’t mean one gets more/less annual leave

A friend recommended trying a puzzle book 😀, I found a great one and been good way to switch off tension. my 19 year uni student son also loves it.

Clenching jaw is so painful and mine got worse with age! Not cheap but the Theraface massage really helped me. Also got a pillow that supported my neck (bit of dip in middle and foam) and that has made a real difference and no longer wake up in pain
