In 2021 Lab gvt announced Amazon was going to build a $7.5b data centre creating 1000 jobs & adding $10.8b to GDP over 15yrs. Plans were reiterated 2025 yet work on the centre stopped. Now there's no bldg, a few 100 thsd for racks in other data centres & prob few jobs!

In 2021 Lab gvt announced Amazon was going to build a $7.5b data centre creating 1000 jobs & adding $10.8b to GDP over 15yrs. Plans were reiterated 2025 yet work on the centre stopped. Now there's no bldg, a few 100 thsd for racks in other data centres & prob few jobs!

MOTIS (a play on OTIS) was a hypothetical eg used in research to highlight issues of applying Eurocentric IQ measures to Māori ppl. On a test designed w Māori culture, M did as well as or better than Epns. Core mssg is that trad, Wstn IQ tests r often biased & don't reflect IQ of difft cultural gps.

Son's partner is lactose intolerant so I've become a label reader. I was surprised to find most margerines & chips contain milk. A QR code wld be a pain.

My husband says whenever he posts sthg positive about Jacinda, he gets hundreds of hateful replies. I told him the majority are probably bots. Your research confirms the use of bots to influence attitudes.

Don't you admire the way Luxon presents this as a win. The gvt reduces its contribution while upping employees and employers.

If the gvt won't lead, then we must. Ppl have to start by reducing their meat & dairy consumption. Use PT, cycle, buy an EV. Install solar if you can. Shop less. And make sure to vote next year for the left.

Dunne repeats the lie abt the hole created by Lab's spending, ignores the gvts' costly tax cuts, bad decisions like cancelling the ferries & local water policy that sent rates rocketing. Housing $300m fund vs $44b for RONs. The gvt has no clear strategic vision & Dunne isn't an astute observer.

It was a Daylight Robbery by Ian Wishart that first told me that banks create mortgage money from thin air and there's no correlation between bank lending and gold in their vaults any more. It's the same with sovereign countries! Which is why our present austerity & interest rates are frustrating.

In AoNZ, there's a hardcore of anti vaxxers who're still bitter abt Jacinda for forcing them to vax or lose jobs. My son had a bad reaction to Pfizer & AZ. He blames anti vaxxers bc if they'd got the vax then it wldn't have to be compulsory. Jacinda saved 20k & is harrassed. Boris didn't & isn't!
