Pretty sure it's actually about enslaving people so they can be even richer. They are reaching the limits of what they can attain with the labors laws we have. They aren't going to deport people; they are gonna shove them into camps and lease them back to their industries. Prisoners are slaves.

Overall my most consistant success has been with drinking copious amount of water and sleeping 12+ hours a day for 2-3 days. I'd drink maybe 1 liter, then pass out for 6 hours. Wake up, pee, and repeat with maybe snacks an an hour of light activity like a long shower between cycels.
