Hi, big fan of the game here but i wanted to know something about the game engine, i'm pretty new to game dev and wanted to know if GameMaker was a good choice now because when i try the engine i always struggle with the UI and the Camera system in game

I also think one of the things that makes F&H 1 and 2 so special is their graphics. For people (like me) who are new to drawing, it seems very difficult to create something good, even if the game is "well" coded with good mechanics fro example.

I want to be more into gamedev and i think that RPG MAKER fills my needs but i wanted to as you something.
F&H 1 and 2 are 2 game that i am very admirable because of the mechanics for example.
And i wanted to know if there was some times where you feel limited by the engine?

Hi, it may sound dumb like question, but do you think of changing the game engine sometime, maybe because of RPG MAKER limitation or not ? Maybe for other game that are not in funger lore ?
