The second shows only smoke coming from the bombed city. The third panel is even more explosives launched by the first city. In the fourth panel a great cloud of smoke rises from the second city, and one singular bomb is launched in retaliation against the first. In the fifth and sixth panels the first city has a text bubble, saying "That's it, no more Mr. Nice Guy." and in the sixth and final panel many many more bombs are launched against the second city.
