Agreed. Hegseth gave the order and Bradley followed it through, along with the crews that made the attack. All should be prosecuted.

He’s always whining about Biden’s autopen, but I’m pretty sure Miller relies on a Trump autopen to push forward policies that Trump knows nothing about. 🤔

To my understanding, and I’m NOT defending it, but Hegseth’s original order was to “Kill them all!” but the Special Ops Commander is the one who made the final decision to go back for the survivors, based on his understanding of Hegseth’s order. They both are equally at fault on this order!

Hegseth is truly guilty of making an illegal order to murder this boat crew, but the aircrew(s) that flew this mission, and the Special Ops commander that ordered the follow through are all guilty as well. This is where refusing an illegal order comes into play.

The comment at the bottom of the DOD post states “.. orders are presumed to be lawful.” That’s not how it works! Just because the President or SECDEF give an order, it does not mean that order is lawful!

This administration has a blind spot to the word “illegal”! They can’t hear it, it becomes invisible when presented in print version, and they don’t understand the meaning.

This entire administration has a blind spot for the word “illegal”. They can’t see it. They can’t hear it. And they don’t know what it means. They will most likely try to prosecute these members of Congress as if the word ILLEGAL did not appear in their message!

unethical behavior, and every ruling they’ve made that stinks of conservative/Trump favoritism should be reviewed and possibly overruled by a new, non-partisan Supreme Court. I’m obviously not a lawyer, nor do I fully understand proceedings, but I have strong opinions, and these are them.

I couldn’t agree more! There needs to be a reform of the Supreme Court, not only of the justices and how they are appointed (the people should be allowed to vote after congress reviews candidates), but of course the ethics of each justice! These current conservative justices should be removed for

I was never interested in politics, aside from voting in every election, because I felt like everything was running smooth enough I didn’t need to be involved. Now I have a much better understanding of how our government works, and who is doing things right and wrong, and I’m much more involved.

They are billionaires because they founded an excellent business, but then they raked in all of the money while paying their employees Jack 💩 (and fighting any efforts to rectify the pay disputes)!
