It is. He acknowledges that you can't draw conclusions on what a body of 720 MEPs think based on their 21 MEP sample.

He downright acknowledges that the data cannot be used to conclude what the Burson report claims - that based on the data you can say substantial about what "MEPs think". And that's exactly what the report does no less than three times.
