It's likely something she can't help, which is why she keeps smiling through gritted teeth and telling me I'll get it one day, but I genuinely want to throw up the entire time I'm order picking. It's not what I was hired for, but I guess I don't care, because the consequences are hers alone

But that being said, if I am constantly crashing out every 45 minutes doing a job I *didn't* apply to do and was *barely* trained for... why not just hire somebody to do the job properly?? My numbers make the entire department look horrible as a whole and it comes back on her as a manager

And I commend her for giving me grace because I truly SUCK at order picking and she has been so nice to me about it...
