Thank you! I'll be moving around more often! I got some neck and back exercises at the ready now to stretch and relieve some pain!

My dad had some heart issues not long ago, last year my uncle had a thrombosis and my aunt as well had some heart issues last week,
That made me fear I was having a heart attack myself, which made me anxious and just made me have more symptoms.

This was the scariest Halloween I've ever had

So at 7 AM My mom and I went to the ER to get tested.

Got an electrocardiogram, and my heart was doing just fine. got prescribed some muscle relaxing medicine, which should get rid of the tingling and pain. the other symptoms were mostly because of lack of sleep + anxiety (I'm guessing).
