Nevermind! I looked up the artwork in the photo, Shelf Still Life, and it's by Jonas Wood. He is married to ceramicist Shio Kusaka and his piece clearly depicts one of hers. whitney.org/exhibitions/...

Of all the ways I've documented all gender toilets indicated, it's a step up from the "man, woman, half-man/half-woman" symbol and it still isn't better than the simple toilet symbol.
