Does the "e mi" apply to the "moli" as well as the "poka"? (I meant it to do that... but maybe I need to repeat "e mi" twice?)

I'd say it's very close, but only in one usage of は (not in all cases) For example watashi-wa onaka-ga suita (I am hungry, or my belly is empty). The main sentence there is "the belly is empty" with ga indicating the subject. The wa is like TP's la, making "myself" the context.
