Pretty sure there was an oil sales agreement between USA and Venezuela like 6 to 8 months ago. Also if Venezuela continues to supply the market it will keep prices low which would hurt Russia. I think it's more about Venezuela defying USA, other than just oil itself.

Print needs to 1. Cite their sources in-text. Chicago or APA-style. Just like an academic has to. 2. When showing a lie, put the claim next to the refutation, in two boxes and invite the reader or an interviewed source to synthesize the discrepancy in a third box that encompasses the other two.
