How come that Putin chooses the American envoys? Is Trump really that week?

I think they should pay for the rebuilding, as well as being held responsible frothier war crimes in Hague ... But, maybe not 28 lines ...

Their first task would be to get the 28 conditions from Ukraine before even talk to them about Russian wish list. But, they won't, because they are cowards and more interested in business than peace, more in favour of Putin than anyone else.
