Well, cooked minced pork and Taiwanese cabbage with fried tofu that was actually cooked a few days ago for tonight's supper. I really didn't feel up to cooking, but I can't afford to get takeout for the family. Even McDonald's is expensive when you're feeding a family of five.

Stuffing’s all combined and ready for the oven later. Spatchcocked the turkey and separated the legs from the breast. Dry-brined it overnight in the fridge and coated it in butter.

Took the roasted wings and also roasted some veggies. Everything’s in a stock pot with chicken broth, simmering overnight in order to extract the flavour from the mix.
