yeah, Danger super was a surprise! I'm glad that they aren't just sticking with the big names for it

idk how it compares to the original game, but for what it's worth I genuinely really like the movement system in this one myself

fun fact, I managed to get to the very top of this section before getting the super jump upgrade... only to find that you needed it to *actually* get the thing at the top lmao

A. he's a cool character with an absolute banger of a design (both in 'cool' and 'hot' factors)

and B. a lotta dudes have a *ton* of internalized homophobia

so they're bending over backwards to try and make having a boner for this guy 'not gay'

One Piece and Guilty Gear are 2 examples of what I like to summarize as "present the 'easy sell' first (Kikunojo and Testament, respectively) before introducing the 'harder sell', so the audience knows this is what you are intending."

but that still requires people to have media literacy turns out
