I’m not great with audiobooks. I have to see the words. It’s just a me thing. I don’t retain the story as well by hearing. I need to see it.

The best way to make this a habit is to carve out time during the day when things are fine and do some breathing meditation. Then it becomes a natural fall back when things aren’t so great
