This is the last Labour government investment and waiting list reduction. They are doing the same again. The Blair/Brown era included using private facilities to reduce waiting lists and get actual real people the treatment they needed earlier. So look sausage, I know exactly what I’m talking about.

ONS census says different. Maybe your source is more reliable, or maybe not. The increase in population between 2011 and 2021 census was 2m representing a 3% increase. In the scheme of things it was nothing other than the contribution it made to the economy.
