I headcanon that barok was forced to use his right hand growing up (his sword still rests on his right as a child where he's kicking trees with klint), because his handedness needed to appeal to the gentry, and bias against left-handedness in general

his sword rests on his right side, which would suggest that he draws it with his left hand, and his newspaper article when he got attacked shows him wielding with his left hand too.... yet he prefers to pour, hold, and throw with his right, with perfect accuracy each time
