In hindsight, I should have used a bunch of clear glass to fill in between the gems... but this was always intended as a learning piece.

Finished a stained glass piece that I'm keeping for myself as it works with my kitchen motif. I'm pretty pleased with how much better my soldering has gotten.

My current project. I wanted to make something I'd actually keep for myself, so I thought a coffee themed pane for a kitchen window would be good. It's still in progress, but I think it's going well.

My attempt at doing a 3D piece. I meant it to be a candle votive, but I wasn't overly happy with it. A friend loved it, and so it became a gift.

My second project...I was not sensible in my jump in complexity, but I learned a LOT and I think it still came out well. I made the pattern myself based on the High Priestess card from the Everyday Tarot.

We reset our goal to 250 sq ft for today and successfully got the mulch covered in top soil followed by seeds in a sand mixture.
Now we wait... and if this experiment works, we expand...
Good vibes for our little seeds are welcome. It's not much, but I'm proud of the work I put in so far.

I went on the cruise, summer camp, gaming convention, pride fest mash up known as @jococruise.bsky.social.
It. Was. Amazing. So much fun and such kind people. Celebrity karaoke was by far the best thing I've seen and heard in ages.

Lugh, my Magesticat, passed away this week at 17 years old. He was always regal and able to smack down the punk youngest cat until some of his last days.
