i am a bit gutted that this perverted old thing never made it past the interest check period of its group buy. i would have loved using those trackballs for stupid and arcane purposes
the Operator split ortholinear keyboard. its white keys are arranged in a perfect grid instead of a more ergonomic alignment. various trackballs, knobs, and sliders are present on its green housing.

big wind is there also. promare was a dark glimpse into our future
a color photo of Big Wind, a Hungarian vehicle design to extinguish oil well fires during the Gulf War. it consists of a squat brown t-34 tank, with two Tumansky R-25 jet engines from a MiG-21 jet fighter mounted on top. the engines are housed in an orange metal frame, which itself is mounted with a series of angular nozzles with thick black cables connected to them. a cab with a ladder can be partially seen near the back of the vehicle, and a pole with the Hungarian flag is projected from it. the vehicle is parked on sandy ground in front of a white truck in front of a small body of water, presumably from which it drew in water with its hoses. the nozzles are meant to spray water piped in by the hoses from a natural source, which the jet engines accelerate into a projection of high-pressure mist.

5 years later you got shadowy government contracts for fleets of firefighting-capable amphibious guppies. whispers abound throughout the west of the Ан-225П 'Фуга.' every dipshit hose jockey in the country is now required to carry all of this crap
a firefighter in their jacket, SCBA mask, and helmet uses a Pyrolance water jet cutter to cut through the side of a steel wall. the Pyrolance is a red and black device shaped somewhat similarly to an m16, with a forward grip, carrying handle, and small radio antennae. water mists all over the surrounding area from the pressure inside the device. a Stat-X First Responder 500 handheld emergency fire suppression tool. it resembles a smoke grenade, with a cylindrical body and circular pull pin for activation. below the logo printed at the top of the cylinder, text reads "Fast Acting Aerosol Fire Suppressant - Professional Use Only." At the bottom of the cylinder, a warning in black and yellow can be partially seen. a collection of four Elide Fire Fire Extinguishing Balls can be seen in a spread, in front of their packaging. the two on the left are blue and the two on the right are red. the two balls next to each other in the middle are larger than the ones on the sides. the blue balls are meant to be mounted near vehicle engines, while the red ones are meant for more general uses.
