like the fuck am i supposed to do. today i got some pain relievers with some anti inflammation and we found a better clinic that takes walk ins so hopefully if nothing changes by next week i am not out of options but jesus christ

i don't want to become afraid to type or draw and accidentally trick myself into just not using my arms as i think that would still be bad but also not being limited to do anything as an unemployed person who's central support hobbies all involve wrist and arm movement ummmm

ive probably still set my self back through still actively conversating with typing and before my big set back i was still attempting to draw every now and then but ice and heat gel? stretches? splints? its not gone or made a huge improvement.
