Looking for a reputable HPLC testing facility if anyone can recommend one that you have used. I have been wanting to test a few things either way. ⠀

These were cased late as I was on vacation which is what I think led to overlay. The TTBVI are much more vigorous than the Brooksville culture that I also run.⠀

Overall happy enough to post this run as this is my second time working with TTBVI⠀

‎I have also seen people growing them without manure and while I can’t speak on it yet. Next run I intend to give it a try and will report back.⠀

For this run⠀
‎⠀
‎Manure/straw/vermiculite substrate (HIGH field capacity) ⠀

‎I have found that while coir works my results are better every time when you using straw and it hasn’t been close. While that may be to do with varying hydration levels I am inclined to believe it has to do with better aeration of the substrate.

I’m here to tell you that if your TEKs for growing cubes are down then cultivating Pans isn’t that much more difficult. @realgordotek lays its out very straight forward for everyone that wants to know and for a couple bucks a month will even send you prints.⠀

Everyone that gets into mycology eventually learns of the “blue meanie” Pan Cyan species but often times the difficulty or perception of difficulty steers people away from growing them. ⠀
