Can't wait to see what the meta looks like. My biggest fear is that a new S tier deck dominates the format while we wait for the next bans. I'm looking at you, Faithless Looting.

Most over hyped: Splinter Twin
Most interesting: Green Sun's Zenith AND Mox Opal

With power creep, any card can come back! I get it w 4 mana cards like JTMS, BBE and Splinter Twin. But ramp + the most efficient card draw spell in Modern? I did not see that coming.

This could really open up the format but if an oppressive deck emerges and it's months before anything is done, Modern could lose a lot of interest that it will have trouble regaining. I didn't buy any LoTR of MH3 so basically all I have for decks is the lands.

Anyone tried Dredge Energy?

It's the best card draw spell in Modern and the downside is what makes it busted. I didn't expect Looting to get unbanned any time soon since power creep (espscially w gy shenanigans) seems to only make it better.

Faithless Looting, Mox Opal and Green Sun's Zenith are the cards that can reshape Modern. I hope Twin can be tier 2-3 but with all the free counters and removal I doubt it can be better than that.

Faithless Looting, Green's Sun and Mox Opal coming back to Modern will definitely shake up the format. Should be interesting for sure.
